men take their own life every week in the UK.
Not weakness.
Isolation.
Nobody built anything they could walk into.

Bath. After lockdown.
Men were lost. Gyms were shut. Purpose had gone quiet.
We had no plan. Just a pair of rings and a park.
We threw the rings over a tree branch. Free. Every week.
No gym. No fee. Just show up, move, be around people.
Three months in. A man who'd come every week walked over.
Said this.
"You stopped me from
killing myself."
— A man. Rings over a tree. Bath.
Before that
I was a nihilist. Nothing matters. We all die. Who cares.
That broke it.
If rings over a tree branch could do that — what could we build on purpose?
The mission
Why
Momentum exists.
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. Not cancer. Not heart disease. Suicide.
Most of them suffered alone. Because nobody built anything they could walk into.
Movement. Community. Someone who gives a shit. That's what saves lives. I know because I've seen it.
The podcast is the message. The run is the proof. The money goes to Movember.
The 5 B's
- Body Train like your life depends on it. It does. · Cali Unity
- Belonging Find your tribe. The community that keeps you alive. · Momentum
- Belief See other men doing it. Borrow their belief until you build your own.
- Behaviour Systems over willpower. · Book on behaviour — coming soon
- Building Build something. Be useful. Give back. That's purpose.
John o'Groats to Land's End. 30+ miles a day. November rain, mud, 4pm darkness. A crew alongside me. Every five miles: stop, eat, keep moving. Not a race. A war of attrition. And it will be won.
Previous attempt
By bike. 400 miles. Knee gave out. DNF. That failure has sat with me for two years.
This time
Same country. Different legs. A crew of men who give a shit. We finish.
Through Bath
Day 23. Route passes Cali Unity — the gym that stopped a man from ending his life.

Before the run begins
Help me start.
At Cali Unity, paying members fund free sessions for men who can't afford it. Same model here. Your donation funds the run. The run raises £100,000 for Movember.
I gave up my salary from Cali Unity. I'm doing this from Bali on under £1,000 a month. This isn't a charity for me — it's fuel for the machine.
Every pound raised on the road goes straight to Movember. Your GoFundMe money covers the costs. I take nothing.
Everything above £10,000 → Movember. 100%. Ollie takes nothing.

November is the finish line.
Every long run, every bad day, every 4am start. It all goes out.
125 men this week. And the week after that. And the week after that.

I'm building the crew.
944 miles. November. 29 days. I need men around me who mean it. If that's you — say something.
Pacers
Run a leg with me. 5 miles or a full day — doesn't matter. If you can keep up and you want to be part of this, you're in.
Drivers
Van alongside me the whole way. Checkpoint every five miles. Food, kit, keep me moving. Unglamorous. Essential.
Videographers
This has to be documented right. If you shoot and you want to be on the road for some of it — let's talk.
Editors
Daily footage, turned around fast. Clips, YouTube, behind the scenes. Remote or on the road — both work.
No form. No funnel. Just DM me.
